Damages and issues
If your chocolate delivery has been damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item please fill out our return form here or email sayhello@bennettschocolate.co.nz within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
To ensure the best quality, our chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place between 16-20°C and away from direct heat sources and light. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for chocolates that have been improperly stored after delivery.
Change of mind
Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed we cannot provide refunds if you have changed your mind about your purchase as these are perishable goods.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
