  • If I order online, how long will it take until it gets delivered?

    We do our best to dispatch orders promptly, but please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Unexpected delays can occur due to courier issues, especially during busy periods.

    A general guideline is:

    For North Island addresses, usually between 1 - 2 working days for your parcel to arrive.

    For South Island and Rural addresses, usually between 3 - 4 working days for your parcel to arrive.

  • Do you offer click and collect?

    Yes, you can select pick up at checkout to collect from our Bennetts Chocolate Shop at 52 Moir Street, NTL, Mangawhai.

  • When does my order get sent out if I order on the weekend?

    If we have everything in stock then the next working day. 

  • Do you deliver to PO boxes?

    No, unfortunately we don't deliver to PO Boxes.

  • Do you deliver overseas?

    Unfortunately we no longer deliver overseas.

  • What are your shipping rates?

    Orders over $100
    - Standard shipping. - Free

    Orders under $100
    - Standard shipping. North Island - $12.50
    - Standard shipping. South Island - $19.00

    Orders to Great Barrier, Waiheke & other Islands
    For orders being delivered to these islands, our team will be in touch to confirm the shipping cost before dispatching your order. Shipping rates may vary. We will contact you ASAP to provide a quote and the best delivery option for your order.

    We strongly recommend that you have someone present to receive your delivery and immediately move it to a cool environment during warm weather. We cannot be responsible for melted chocolate if the package has been left or kept above 20 degrees celsius or in direct sunlight after delivery.

    Delivery to one address only, please email sayhello@bennettschocolate.co.nz for deliveries to multiple addresses so we can provide the appropriate solution.

  • Can I have my chocolates gift wrapped?

    You sure can! We offer complimentary gift wrapping to all orders. When you view your cart - under "Special Instructions" just type in if you want it gift wrapped, and if you’d like a note to come with it.

  • What is the best way to store my chocolates?

    To maintain quality and taste, please keep chocolates in a cool, dry place between 16-20 degrees celsius.

  • What is Bennetts refund policy?

    Damages and issues
    If your chocolate delivery has been damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item please fill out our return form here or email sayhello@bennettschocolate.co.nz within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

    To ensure the best quality, our chocolates should be stored in a cool, dry place between 16-20°C and away from direct heat sources and light. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for chocolates that have been improperly stored after delivery.

    Change of mind
    Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed we cannot provide refunds if you have changed your mind about your purchase as these are perishable goods.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
