It’s utter perfection in a box. Everyone loves the classic caramel-chocolate combination but when you put 12 phenomenal caramel creations together… well, it’s "feet up, caramels out" territory.

We are thrilled to reveal the new salted caramel box. It features the beach that draws people to Mangawhai as well as the inspiration for the hand harvested salt we use to perfectly complement the sweet caramel. The chocolates themselves feature the Fairy Tern - a bird that has made Mangawhai home and needs our support to ensure its survival.

Twenty years ago, Clayton and Mary Bennett packed up their life in Dublin and their three young children (aged just nine, seven and five years old) to follow a dream to set up a chocolate factory on the other side of the world, in the sleepy holiday beachside township of Mangawhai.

We consider ourselves so lucky to live and work in such a beautiful part of the country and where we are plays a huge role in what we do and how we do it.

We like trying new things. We are always looking for new and interesting flavour combinations but we still love the classics.

If you haven’t tried our marshmallow, you haven’t lived. We’ve been perfecting these soft, fluffy, pillows of joy for ten years now.

There’s something deeply satisfying in the first harvest. Watching a tree grow from a tiny sapling to producing its first season of fruit connects us to something historic and magical.

Can you guess where he’s going? The Bennett Bunny heard about the Easter Bunny’s upcoming travels and was envious. So we are sending him on a trip of his own.

Where was Rémi? In the French Alps! And creating fantastic desserts as the head of patisserie for St Georges Restaurant in the Hawkes Bay.

Mangawhai is rich with delicious fresh fruit which we're spoilt with every summer. This is why we know you will be as excited as we are to welcome a new blackberry chocolate to our wonderful fruity range.
